This place seems decent at first. I was just getting out of prison, so any place was an upgrade. Oh how wrong I was. My unit came with many unpaid cotenants, and by that I mean roaches. LOTS of them. The access to nature was a bit more than I bargained for, being as there was mold growing in the unit that THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT FOR MONTHS. The management was unbothered, unhelpful, and straight up rude.When I had finally flipped enough packs to move on up and out of this joint they made it a... herculean task to leave. Unannounced fees and purposely vague to avoid accountability for the scams they were running. TERRIBLE PLACE!

This apartment does not show true respect to their tenants. They are disrespectful, don’t answer the phone and are not very nice people.

My experience with stone ridge apartments was awful! I submitted an application and had to pay $400. When I first did the tour the lady was saying things that implied like I couldn’t afford it, I guess because I’m black, with hair and gold teeth. Even said I may find a better fit somewhere else. I went on line and completed the application because I liked the apartments . After doing they application I received an email saying I was approved only for them to call me the next day and say that... they’re going to deny my application because I had some late payments at another apartment. Not that I owed them but late payments. Let me tell u what’s more crazy is that my co worker and wife lives here and was shocked when I told them why I got deny because they had a lot of late payments and stone ridge told them to use a bond that helps when people have late payments . They did nothing to help me.

The property is nice and I feel safe here. Office staff is friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to issues. If you like the area then you should definitely take the time to check this place out.
