Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, the first bedroom is on the right side. Walk straight from the main door to reach the living room with a decorative fireplace. Beside the fireplace, there is a door going to our spacious backyard. On the right of the living room, you will see a dining room, laundry room, and kitchen. The kitchen has an access door going to the first bedroom. On the left side of the main entrance is a hallway leading to the bathrooms and four other bedrooms. Outside the house, you will see outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars.
Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. We are just a few minutes from groceries and shops and only a 10-minute drive to Baptist Medical Center South. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
