Current tenant DO NOT MOVE HERE
I am a current tenant at Birchwood apartments.I have occupied my unit for almost two years. I don't even know where to begin with the issues for this place. First, let's start with saying the area isnt too bad its decent despite the lack of professionalism and upkeep, its close to everything I need which is one of the reasons I choose to stay in the area. My biggest issue is the pest control which is a contracted service that we paid for in our lease.That has not been provided since I first... moved in last year of twenty twenty three. I have requested multiple times for pest.Control to come out and never have had my apartment treated for this issue even though I have tried to treat this issue myself all of my attempts have failed because of the surrounding units not bring properly treated. I have requested a refund for the contracted.Pest control service that has not been provided to this date as of september twenty twenty four. Each time I have requested a detailed document stating when this issue will be handled. I am told that the front office cannot provide me with any information regarding the pest control only that it is being worked on since last year at the start of my moving date. Also, again.I have been a tenant for over a year.This being my second year in my lease.I have never had to pay a water bill. On September 4th 2024 I received a message via text stating that my water bill was update it and to check the online portal that I do not have access to. So I then requested a detailed documents of my water usage for the month and again was told that that information could not be provided to. If there is a cost for the water usage, I am again requesting a breakdown detailed documents of my water usage and would like to know if that amount is in fact, a $150 for the month or a 150 gallons for the usage during the month. So I can properly budget and manage my water usage and add that to the rent amount for each month accordingly.
