This place is a dump

They don't empty the dumpsters so there are huge piles of garbage. Of course this attracts bugs, feral cats and dogs. Plus it stinks. This place is a slum. Don't move here or you will regret it. We do.

as you drive in it is nothing but trash everywear and the buildings are in total disrepair ....bad bad

Thank you for letting us know of the trash issues within your community. The purpose of our trash pickup service is to eliminate trash in the community, while also providing a convenience to you. We will speak to our vendor in regards to this.

Just Looking

Called in to get information on apartments before actually moving.

The staff seems very friendly and helpful, but unaware what’s going on in the complex itself. One person tells me there are apartments available for my move in time frame. While another tells me they aren’t ready to be moved into.

If this is the way they act to a brand new tenant I can’t imagine living here would be all that great.
