maintenance is terrible
My power went out randomly on Friday the 23rd. I put in a request for it to be fixed and gave them permission to go inside the residence since my roommates and I worked. Instead of them going into the residence maintenance called to complain about how no one answered the door when he wasn’t heard. When I spoke to maintenance on how I am waiting and having to risk my job because of how long I’m waiting he hung up in my face. The complex says to contact them for emergency maintenance like this but... is unresponsive.
