Great place to live!

I've lived here for the last year and a half, and have had no complaints. The people in the office are lovely, maintenance is quick, and the neighborhood is quiet but friendly. It's a little out of the way, but in a college town with so many students, sometimes that's preferred.

Best decision ever!

My apartment had to be picked out in less than 2 weeks pretty much. The paperwork was speedy, the apartment was nice up to date and spacious especially the bedroom. The kitchen was very clean and if you happen to have ANY issue, they fix it in less than 24 hours! You can't beat that!

Can't Imagine why anyone wouldn't want to live here

Forest Trail apartments is the most friendly team of staff that I have experienced. When I met my wife she was living at Forest Trail. A few months later I accepted a job out of state after about a year my wife was home sick and wanted to move back, we went straight to Forest Trail and been there since. Forest Trail is just a very family friendly community with a staff that cares and will listen to any concerns you may have. They are on top of things and their maintenance team is top notch as… well. I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't live here.

I love my privacy!!

I had literally 2 weeks from the offer of my new job and training to choose, apply, and move! Of course I was leary of trusting apartment reviews sort of how I am about hotel reviews but nonetheless, I found time to visit a few in Tuscaloosa! I fell in love with it online and even more upon my visit! Its clean with updated appliances and most of all quiet and private! The staff is always friendly and any problem I have, its literally handled by maintenance in less than 24hrs! The grounds crew is… always on top of it and any package I get is well taken care of. I have no complaints!
