From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. No pets are allowed. No parties or events are permitted and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am and violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Late check-out is only available based on availability. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
