The front desk operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The outdoor pools will not be heated from November 2 through February 28, 2025, with only indoor pools heated during this period. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, with violators charged a $200 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy is required upon booking. The condominium association enforces a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs.
