The staff needs to step up and do a better job…it’s always something, plumbing problem, water pipe busting, a/c needs fixed, water leak, it’s not worth paying my rent here…can’t wait to move

Can't ever get any maintenance done, our neighbors and I have no AC. There are mold problems in the vents and on the walls. Trash is not picked up on schedule and it sits there. Landlord does not care. Renting here is paying for problems.

Do not be fooled like we were.

This property is not at all close to any expectations considering the location (and costs). Water was cut a few times due to a suspected water leak and tenants complained about black mold being found throughout their unit. When first moving in, there was police presence which has later seemed to calm down or was isolated.

Within our situation, a mysterious floor water stain appeared through the kitchen laminate floor without ANY type of resolution given after... being told that they would likely have to tear it up previously. The original unit was changed as a "move in ready" unit became available, but it wasn't at all ready. It wasn't cleaned (literally dirty in bathrooms, air vents clogged with dust, no air filter, dirty kitchen, refrigerator, food-stained microwave and dishwasher. First run of dishwasher left standing water inside of it. Missing towel racks (just brackets remained) and the patio blind bracket was noticed to be off with a blind missing.

All this has been requested to be resolved, yet it's been SEVERAL weeks without repair.

Small, but a variety of pesky additional inconveniences are that the 2nd bedroom doesn't have a light fixture or ceiling fan in it, the bathrooms have one switch with the vent fans always running, most windows do not have screens to cover them, the unit's walls seem paper-thin and the forced trash valet service is a joke at best - the small can is only emptied once a day. You're forced to only bag a small kitchen-size bag within it after 5pm.

This property is the lowest of the low, especially as it definitely feels like a rip-off in comparison to the level of quality and service provided. Read More

This establishment is grossly overpriced and the overall quality of the units are beyond poor for the costs.

In the beginning a different unit was shown, then another as it was stated “move in ready” the unit walked through was in fact filthy with the expectation things would be cleaned. It was in need of repairs that seemed minor at first (missing blinds, shower rods, air filters) which new repairs showed to be problematic.

There was some mysterious leak that considerably stained the... laminate flooring, water throughout buildings were cut, and a variety of news about the leak/no leak without a clear answer. Work orders placed several weeks ago still haven’t been completed and the property management seems to “not get paid enough for all this” likely faced with a barrage of complaints from tenants.

All of the review from December 10th are obviously fake. Do not move here. Rent is high, yet we have no amenities to make up for it. The pool is green and disgusting, maintenance will mark your request as completed when it is not. Many people are dealing with MOLD in their apartments. Gnats are everywhere. Just awful. The manager was amazing when she started but now you can't get in contact with anyone whatsoever! BEWARE.
