Do Not Move Here!

I would think twice before moving in these apartments. I was shown two of these apartments. And the apartment manager did not want to enter the apartments. Shortly, after entering the apartment there was an overwhelming smell of bug spray. I asked what it was and she stated she did not know. I was told by a previous tenant that they have had issues with bed bugs in the apartments. I made a decision not to rent from them. When I was shown the apartment the apartment manager she refused to… enter and informed me from outside the apartment. They also kept stating that they could not show me the apartment yet. There actions help me to make my choice.

Great staff & 2 pools!

Been living here for a few months and my children have a great school close by, a pool with long hours for swimming even during weekdays, and the staff is always so nice and helpful!!

Older Community Good Location

The property is older, but well maintained. I chose to live here because of the large space and decent pricing. Office staff is nice and maintenance handles requests in a timely manner.

No complaints here

I moved in back in June and I worked with Melissa. She was amazing and answered all of my questions. Made sure I knew about everything they offered to residents! Overall great property so far and my neighbors are pretty cool! Love the two pools and the fact that I can workout in the gym while my kids swim!

New Tenant

awesome move in experience ! staff was supper friendly and welcoming ! seems like a pretty good community , you can tell the owners care about their community and tenants. you constantly see employees walking around picking up trash and keeping things clean ! & when i had to put a service request in to have an issue looked at it and it was done ASAP within the same day ! a very nice and quiet place to call home
