Great place to live; good location and the community is quiet. The staff is so welcoming, especially Cayte who showed great hospitality and answered any questions I had throughout the process. The virtual tour looks exactly the same and this was all I had to go off of considering the pandemic. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and the patio is a huge plus! I would definitely recommend The Gardens on Stadium.

First let me say, the two bedrooms are very spacious and I like the private balcony, which is the only pro that I have. If you don't smoke but have neighbors that do, not only will your apartment smell like smoke, but your clothes will also smell like smoke. There's three people in the downstairs apartment under me and all three of them smoke and my apartment smells like smoke. I've contacted the office numerous times and no one can do anything about it. Smoke rises, it comes up through the... vents and the floor. They don't seems to care that I've complained about the smoke. I pay rent, but shouldn't have to pay to be in a smoke filled apartment, especially, when I DON'T SMOKE! I've told the office staff that I have asthma and nothing. Therefore, if you are sensitive to smoke, have asthma or just don't want to smell smoke and don't want your clothes to smell like smoke, this is definitely not the place for you to consider. I have lived here for almost 4 yrs and its a great place. Quiet, good location, nice neighbors. Girls in the offic are so sweet and helpful. My olnly complaint is that the kids upstairs run and stomp around sometimes but I know the office has no control over that and it happens everywhere.
