Victoria place apartment

Since Mrs.Debra left these apartment been going down hills since apartment prices goes up with nothing changing around or in them, pool is never opened just used to get people interested in moving in, if something breaks in your apartment they fix it on their own time and ur not allowed to try to fix it yourself so hope it’s not nothing you need for daily usage, and your carpets never gets fix unless your just moving in, so if it messes up while your staying here all they will do is cut carpet… from your closet or an area that is not seen much and put it down where it’s messed up at but they don’t do a good job at that either is comes right back up. They charge so much rent just to cheaply fix anything that happens in the apartment.

Victoria place

Ever since Mrs Debra left it has gone bad never move here you will never be able to get anything in your apartment fixed and they go up on rent like crazy. And the pool is just for show it’s never opened. It’s not worth it

Miss Debra has consistently been outstanding!

Miss Debra the landlord lady has been consistently outstanding! She is very sweet and has always listened to all of my needs with what I have with my living there. She is very compassionate of how my living there is going! I have lived at the apartments for over 11 years. It is a very safe place to live and convenient at the heart of Prattville.

These apartments are great!!!!!

I love living in these apartments. I've been here for almost a full year and I couldn't be happier. The apartment staff is very friendly and sweet. The make sure that I am comfortable at all times as well. I have recommended one person here already and am currently recommending someone else here as well. Out of this one and the other apartment complex that i stayed at, I would rather stay here a million times more!!!!!!!!

Excellent Place to live

I have live here at Victoria Apartments for almost 2yrs and I love it here.I was up for renewal and the PROPERTY MANAGER IS is REASON I RENEWED MY LEASE.
