Point at Fairview

This apartment complex has unfortunately been going downhill over the past year. What used to be a decent place to live is now showing serious signs of decline, and management doesn’t seem to be keeping up with basic upkeep.

One of the biggest issues is the constant trash overflow. Dumpsters are frequently overfilled, and garbage piles up around the property for days at a time.

Pros: great area, good community, new maintenance seems good

Cons: Can’t contact anyone in the office for weeks. When someone does actually answer they hang up. Will attempt to charge you with random fees that were never on previous months rent.

Overall, I wouldn’t stay here due to the fact that management literally doesn’t exist. I honestly don’t understand how we have new tenants moving into apartments when no one is ever in the office. If I could give 0 stars to HVG , I would. However, Kencoreous would receive 5 stars. He seems to be the only person keeping this community going. He has a consistently positive attitude, and genuine desire to make tenants smile and make repairs with maintenance issues and even general grounds concerns. He's taking care of issues on the property that don't even fall under regular maintenance responsibilities. Janae in the office is super sweet, professional, and very helpful. The team is unorganized, leasing agent gave out false prices. Front staff claimed to be property manager to avoid transferring me. Tried to get me to sign a lease with a different price than listed without communicating change. Getting in contact with someone is like pulling teeth. Instead of rectifying their mistake, basically told me to take this apartment or we will lease it to someone else. I appreciate them showing me this before I moved in.

A new management company took over and this place has gone downhill fast. The pool is constantly green or murky. The office people are very rarely in the office, if they are they lock themselves in the office and won't come out. They never never answer the phone anymore. The maintenance guys are great and friendly, but way overworked. They cancelled the pool company and are expecting too much from the local employees at the office. I am very disappointed in the way things are going.
