Great management

These apartments are very very nice anytime I've had a problem management has handled it promptly and in a very professional manner Pam takes our needs seriously and addresses them in a very prompt manner

half of those “amenities” mentioned are FALSE!! (wait for more)

okay so firstly, to address one of those amenities they actually do provide, the pool does not work and has not worked all summer. they even went as far to stage said pool to make it look good for new tenants, what does that tell you about them?
and secondly, the ex manager who will not be named and also left within 6 months persuaded her “friends” who just so happen to live here, to write good reviews for her. like i said, what does that tell you about this place?
also, just to add, the lawn… company here hit your windows with rocks at all hours of the morning with no remorse, possibly due to the fact one of them was seeing this ex manager!!!
also, don’t rely on the office, they will box you and don’t ever answer, and if they do, they are quite rude about it.
maintenance man is very nice and responsive tho :)

Management of Meadow Oaks

Used to a nice complex. But now the manager is useless, never gets any repairs done, cared notjing about tenants. The entire complex looks like a dump since this manager has been there.

MEADOW OAK APARTMENTS

REALLY NICE, GREAT LOCATION, POOL, OCCASIONAL LOUD MUSIC BUT NOT OFTEN, AND GREAT RATES, NO CRIME, WATER INCLUDED
