Lori is amazing! She’s worked with us a few times when we needed it, always understanding and has even went out of her way at times! Anything we needed it got delt with right away! She’s very sweet and nice and times like now it’s nice to know there’s still ppl out there like her! It’s very peaceful and even quiet after dark. I’ve never had anyone bother us or my son. My son can play in the back yard at the play ground with the other kids with no worries! And that’s a big relieve! My son loves… the playground, pool and has all the kids to play with! Everybody that lives there is nice and keeps to there self’s. What I’m saying is my family and I love living here! The bus picks up the kids and brings them home as well and that’s very convenient! This place is absolutely awful. The rent is outrageous for something so POORLY kept. They have an awful bug problem, nothing ever gets fixed. do not waste your money here.

The Manager, Lori is a super nice lady. The property is vey well maintained and clean. The apartments we looked at were neatly painted (no overspray or messy work) and the one we chose has very kind neighbors. This property is kind of off the main road and easy to pass up (which i personally like. It is surrounded by trees so it has a nice feeling of nature and serenity.

I have stayed here for almost a year and am moving out soon. Pros: quiet place, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Cons: when we first moved in I was assuming the apartment would be clean hence move in ready. There were rat fecies in the cabinets draws etc. The floor was rotted in the kitchen and had to be replaced. Later on had issues with the hot water not turning off. Water was turned off several times without warning. One time I was taking a shower getting for work and still had soap in my hair… and water was turned off. I was furious.
