This is a based on income apartment complex that consists of 1-4 bedroom(s)/townhomes. The complex Is camera monitored and is overall peaceful. Neighbors are cordial and the apartment staff are very helpful and prompt at correcting maintenance issues or other questions. However they do conduct inspections that sometimes can be very invasive. Apartment parking lot is usually clean. There is no certain place for visitor parking but as a tenant you can reserve a parking spot which is discussed upon... leasing. Its located in theodore/ tillmans corner area so its around quite a few businesses and schools. It has a play area by the office although there is no pool. It has an onsite coin laundry.
