LAZY MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE MOLD
DO NOT RENT HERE.
My fiancé has a unit on the bottom floor. There are plumbing issues in the unit above. Water drips down the walls regularly. The management company has been informed of this multiple times but has only ever patched up the drywall. The apartment smells dank and makes me sick. We looked at another unit, but it also had horrible cracks in the drywall above the shower and evident water damage.
Also, there is an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot that management refuses to tow... . They are cheap and lazy and will not take care of you.
