The staff is very rude and not at all helpful. Improper billing is common. Apartment conditions are horrendous and not kept up at all. Termites were an issues in many rooms in the apartment and the building did nothing to solve this!

I've enjoyed living here. It's a great location and is really close to the bars and restaurants downtown. Great choice to live in Tuscaloosa.

This facility is awful, plan to add an extra $100, per month, to your rental budget and an extra bottle of your favorite bourbon, per month, for the stress!

Would like to not give even ONE STAR! Save yourself the headache! Management was the worst. They entered units whenever they wanted! Repairs and damages that were disgusted when my daughter move in never were addressed, she would world erroneous notices about remove a dog that she never had. When she complained about neighbors they didn’t take it seriously. A person living in the complex harassed her regarding parking leaving fake notes on her car like they were from management. Now they... are charging a fee for carpets and can’t produce pictures. Just horrible. DONT MOVE THERE! There’s better options.
