Move in was great. Move is perfect, bit of a trash issue. Trash is still outside doors. But staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great. And so far, so good.

Love living here, but 2 things… 1. Pool and chairs in the water are dirty.
2. Each resident needs to have a code for their door due to the lack of reliability of the Geokey app. There is no reason that residents should be unable to enter their apartment that they pay good money for. Love the idea of the electronic lock but it needs to work 100% of the time.

The staff is very rude and not at all helpful. Improper billing is common. Apartment conditions are horrendous and not kept up at all. Termites were an issues in many rooms in the apartment and the building did nothing to solve this!

I've enjoyed living here. It's a great location and is really close to the bars and restaurants downtown. Great choice to live in Tuscaloosa.
