Riverfront Village Apartamentos

Love living here, but 2 things… 1. Pool and chairs in the water are dirty.
2. Each resident needs to have a code for their door due to the lack of reliability of the Geokey app. There is no reason that residents should be unable to enter their apartment that they pay good money for. Love the idea of the electronic lock but it needs to work 100% of the time.

5 Stars!!! love RFV & the staff - they always are so helpful & any issues you have they take care right away! - So sad to move home they are always making sure we are doing good and staying safe??????????

The staff is very rude and not at all helpful. Improper billing is common. Apartment conditions are horrendous and not kept up at all. Termites were an issues in many rooms in the apartment and the building did nothing to solve this!

I've enjoyed living here. It's a great location and is really close to the bars and restaurants downtown. Great choice to live in Tuscaloosa.

This facility is awful, plan to add an extra $100, per month, to your rental budget and an extra bottle of your favorite bourbon, per month, for the stress!
