Union on Frank

I called to ask a few questions about the apartment units and the area and the young lady I talked to (Amber) was really helpful. She did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions or taking too much of her time. Very polite and professional. No bad experience.

I really enjoy living at Union on Frank. The amenities are great, the apartments are comfortable, and the staff is always professional and helpful. It’s in a convenient location and has everything I need to feel at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Humans are strange beings! Most people usually run at full speed to a company’s website to leave a disheartening review regarding their (1) sided negative experience, when there is ALWAYS two sides to a story..LOL. I personally think more people need to reverse that energy, and spread some joy for a change. Well, I’m human and I am pulling out all of the stops to run and tell everyone how amazing this company “GreyStar-Union on Frank Apartments” have been throughout my daughter’s stay there over... the past year. This was my daughter’s first apartment experience with this being her first year in college. Before she got there, I knew there would be hiccups that came along with the experience. She wasn’t the tenant that called the office to complain about the noise ordinance (why, because she was aware that it’s a freaking college campus and it comes with the territory..haha), she went into the situation knowing that she was no longer living in the comforts of her primary home that was peaceful and less foot traffic, to a community that she would be sharing with thousands of other people.

The staff has been absolute amazing! I will even go as far as putting shout-outs to name a few staff members that helped us along the way. Starting with management with the amazing Tarlisha and Amber, words cannot express how grateful I am to have had their presence, support and understanding throughout my daughter’s stay there! No matter what situation arose, they both were my distant adoptive family for my daughter with her being so far from home for the first time. It takes a village ;). I will also like to mention auntie “Ms. Deedra”, uncle “Big Dave”, big cousin “Chris”, cool dude “JP” and a host of others to say “THANK YOU” from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you do to make that place run smoothly! If no one else sees the super hero capes that you wear, I want you to know that I see them! Keep being amazing everyone, and I love you all!

Side note: There is one name that I also want to mention is Leighton. Leighton, I know that you are in the background thinking you are unseen and unheard of. However, I want you to know that I greatly appreciate you as well for having such an amazing region and always boosting your team up to do the great work that they do. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I really love it! The staff is so nice and always so helpful. Definitely one of the best places to live in Tuscaloosa!

The place is amazing. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the staff are nice and understanding. Also, the events brings home welcoming atmosphere to the residents here at the apartment complex.
