Great Location, Cute Apartments
Walking distance from the ferry.
Everything around is super close, which I love.
Now, for the outside. A lot of people have tons of stuff and trash on their porches, which puts a damper on the whole look of the apartments. Other than that, they look cute.
For the inside.
I love the apartment. The layout and all. It's basic, but good.
The only thing is, the apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned at all. The cabinets still even had some dishes in them. Also, my washer broke within 48 hours of... moving in. I wasn't able to get a new one for 2 weeks. The reason I didn't give 5 stars. We were able to get a brand new one though.
Overall, I like the apartment and I love how affordable it is. So, overall I think the positives outweigh the negatives.
