Maintenance request I submitted two maintenance requests. One regarding a possible clog in my sink and one regarding my garbage disposal, which is not working. Instead of the maintenance department sending someone to my unit to explore both issues, I was texted by one of the workers and recommended to hit the reset button on the disposal, which didn’t work. I was then asked to send a picture of the breaker due to a possible breaker switch. I was unable to send the picture right away because I... was at work. Before the issue was even resolved, the maintenance department closed the request. I asked why the request had been closed, but no one responded. Therefore, my garbage disposal is still not working and water continues to stand in the sink when I run it. I’m unsatisfied with this service.

Review We love living here but there have been some minor issues. The fire alarms have been ridiculous! 6 in less than a year. People do not clean up after their dogs and all the street parking can be a minefield of dog poop. AND not having A/C built into these units-being a metal sided building is terrible. It is expensive to live here and the little things do add up.
