They are the worst apartment complex to ever live in!! They are infested with roaches and bed bugs!!! And it states it in the lease! So please read the lease before you sign it! Thank you!!!

Of all the places I called to find a place to live from out-of-state, Village Square Apartments turned out to be the most beautiful as well as the most ideal situation for me. I want to start a new life and the wonderful people especially made me feel like a very welcome new resident-to-be. I look forward to moving in and living in my new place, it looks so cute, I love the kitchen bar and the Roman tubs! Decorating is going to be so much fun, there is a lot of space to work with and the... layout is open and airy, just how I like it.

Moved in about 3-4 weeks ago and it’s been nice. Spoke to Wendy through my application process and Nelly moved me in. Jennifer the assistant manager was nice to explain to me some policies but overall been a good experience as my first apartment. Got a cheap price moving in and Maintanence even helped me move my furniture too! No complaints so far!!

This convenient studio, furnished or unfurnished is located 15 mins from downtown and 20 mins from the strip. Complete with on property washers and dryers and Roman tub in each unit. Also, to keep you cool year round are two swimming pools and hot tub for the cool nights. This Oasis in the middle of the desert, all inclusive, is moderately priced at $530. Make an appointment to view one today.
