The Monroe on Monterey

I love it here! The residents are respectful, it’s clean no littering, quiet which is important to us that work from home, maintenance is quick when there is an issue, the office ladies are the best very delightful and helpful, and the grounds are kept up. The only downside is the lake is a little bit of eyesore with the piping and wires everywhere, and the fountain no longer is on which was a nice calming part to the lake when you sit outside. Also think a sign should be in pet spa to please... clean up fur and mess after using. All sudden had to stop using because people leave fur with fleas, never wipe down their mess in the tub or platform where they get blow dried. Flea eggs were everywhere. Read More

Nice place to live. I’ve been here for seven years now I really never had any problems. It’s quiet everyone is respectful. I like our little community. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a starter apartment, or if you’re starting over apartment. Check them out.

Peaceful and quiet just what i need after being on the road for months. Move in was simply despite it being the holidays. Everything you need from grocery store to multiple restaurants.

Things are getting better in the community with maintenance & response times to issues. I plan to renew my next lease here with all of the updates & better service.

It’s been amazing. I really like how everything is organized and clean and their green areas are big and they have Two pools and their gym is very Fully equipped
