The 5-star reviews you see are coming from management. There is NOBODY in this world that would consider this a decent place to live. It's dirty. Maintenance will not respond to any requests. Bring your tools, because you're going to be fixing everything yourself! Management is non-existent. The smell of weed and sweat is nauseating.

Don’t believe it.
These apartments are an absolute lie. Only the redone ones look like this. If you walk through the dirty hallways you will instantly reconsider. They may have redone the appliances, the plumbing will always back up. I have videos of my ceiling leaking from a pipe bust and that’s regular. I haven’t been able to use my dryer in a year, the problem has been reported and they refuse to fix it. 8955 if yall see this and decide yall wanna fix your poor management. Can’t even get a hold of new... management. She is rude and will decline your call and tell you to “text her” but will take hours to respond to a text even if it’s an emergency. Not to mention she is never in the office. This place sucks so bad, don’t rent here.

Good Area
The area is nice here, minutes from Stony Creek Metro Park, local shopping, and Downtown Rochester. Apartments are nice, a bit pricey for what you get. Property management is understanding and maintenance responds fairly quickly when notified.
