Community is nice. Pool is really nice. Staff is friendly. Usually a peaceful vibe. But now there’s a person who parks outside of the leasing office everyday BLASTING music from his car for HOURS. You can hear it inside your home clear as day. Morning, afternoon, and night! You can’t sleep here til he’s done blasting music at night and you have to wake up when he starts early morning. This place gives you a place to stay and a LIFETIME OF FEES! i applied to live here and within two days of applying and being approved they raised my rent 400$. Said water was included in my lease and two months into living there they decided to charge us anyway. I showed up to sign papers and get keys, no one went over anything with me, i was handed keys, brought to the house and they left without saying a word. so many things were broken upon move in (back door barely opened and did not lock,... blinds in the shower molded and broken etc etc). They never gave me heads up on fees upon move in, we paid around 1500$ for application fees, new renter fees or whatever else they came up with, i asked if there was anything else we owed and they told me no, two days later said i owe them another 1500$ and a late fee for it even though I was never informed. we had water damage and black mold from a leak for EIGHT MONTHS because the constant calling to get it fixed they never came out until our last two months living there. now upon move out they are charging us to fix the damages that were there when we moved in (yes we sent in maintenance requests, no they never came to fix it) and charging us 2000$ to replace the carpet from the water damage they never came to fix. THEN to make things even better, before i turned in the keys we made sure everything was paid in full, then a few weeks later i get a 300$ charge for water and trash (and valet trash that they DO NOT PROVIDE) for the last month in the house but I paid all of that in full before turning anything in. Obviously im moved somewhere else now so i can only contact them by phone and they have not answered the phone at all, have not answered my emails, and have not answered my texts. I am extremely disappointed with Grand Riviera/ The Connor Group. After being a loyal tenant for two years. I requested a transfer to another one of their properties. Despite my impeccable payment history and responsible tenancy, my request was denied without any reasonable explanation.

To make matters worse, due to a matter beyond my control, I was forced to leave and they wrongly charged me for rent I did not use, which has ruined my credit for the next seven years.

The customer service was... unhelpful and unresponsive, showing a complete lack of understanding or care for my situation. It is disheartening to see a company treat long-term tenants so poorly. I expected much better support and flexibility from a company that claims to value its residents.

I forgot to mention how poorly the community is maintained, and how dirty the apartments are at move in.

I would not recommend Grand Riviera or any of the properties under The Connor Group to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate leasing experience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. You will be forced to renew your lease or you will have a long list of move out charges. Read More

New management at Grand Riviera has been awesome. For starters, they always answer the phone, which I can say the last management company never did. Property is looking better & better as timed goes on. Ladies in the office are helpful & they seem to really care about the people who live here.

El peor sitio donde he vivido en la Florida, todo sucio, un mes para repararme El toilet de la habitación principal. El A/C dejo de enfriar desde julio y nunca lo van a arreglar, la respuesta de Tracy del Leasing office fue que no era una emergencia y la ley no la.obligaba a reparar el A/C, basura acumulada por 3 días en frente de las unidades, hormigas ??, el Gate nunca sirve y la atención del personal terrible! nunca saben nada.
