3 Bedroom specious townhome
I moved in this summer and my unit just got completely remodeled. Brand new appliances, kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathrooms, windows!!!!Amazing floor plan and very specious .I work downtown and it takes only minutes to get to work.

NOT a 4 star property
This is not a 4 star property. Someone was just shot here last week trying to deliver a pizza. The residents let the kids play in the street at all hours of the night. There is never any parking. Rent is entirely too high for a place that has constant break ins and management that doesn't know how to answer the phone/return calls. Very glad I found a new home.

We are currently going through renovations and our pricing must be in accordance with the wonderful upgrades we are installing! Please note that we want to answer each... phone call immediately. If we are unable to answer please remember to leave a message and we will return your phone call no later than the next business day. Unfortunately crime is something that happens everywhere and even though we can’t control society we have fostered a very positive relationship with the local police department to help deter any type of unsavory behavior.
