I have been renting at 601 Bond Avenue for three years now and it has everything nailed down! Excellent location in Grand Rapids makes venues and amazing dinners out or medical appointments walkable. Upscale class act, always impeccable building and maintenance always onsite and all over any request you have. Beautiful 16th floor club house and gym, dry-cleaning pick up on site and amazing lobby with fireplace, etc. Five stars and then some!

I'm grateful to call this place home! Highly recommend!
I've lived at 601 Bond for five years, and I can honestly say it has been the best apartment living experience I've ever had. It's the longest I've ever stayed in one apartment community, and I plan to stay for several more years because it truly feels like home.
The location is great! You're close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants and events, but you're not right in the middle of downtown, which means a quieter, safer area.
The building is well-maintained. The common areas are clean,... and the secured access throughout the building provides extra peace of mind. The amenities are fantastic, especially the rooftop patio on the 16th floor. The views of the city skyline and the Grand River are unbeatable.
The property manager and leasing team are always friendly, professional, and responsive. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly, and they genuinely care about residents. The maintenance team is equally great. Maintenance requests are typically completed the same day or the next day. I've never experienced this anywhere else!
I love how quiet the building is. Even though it's an apartment community, it feels private and peaceful.
After five years, I can say 601 Bond is the best apartment community in Grand Rapids. From the location and amenities to the management and maintenance team, everything creates an amazing living experience. I'm grateful to call this place home and look forward to many more years here!
Highly recommend!

Wow, five years and counting — that truly says it all! Reviews like yours genuinely make our whole team's day. We're so glad that 601 Bond has felt like home, and we love knowing you plan to stick around for many more years to come. You nailed it on... the location — that sweet spot between being close to everything downtown has to offer while still feeling like a peaceful retreat is something we're really proud of. And the rooftop on 16! Those views never get old, do they? It means the world to hear that our management and maintenance teams have made such a positive impression. Same-day or next-day maintenance is something we work hard to deliver, and hearing that it's made a real difference for you is the best kind of feedback we can get. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community for the past five years. We're just as grateful to have you here!

Poor Property Management
One of the two garage doors has been broken 9+ months.
Multiple pieces of fitness equipment are completely broken, others are limping along (broken buttons, electrical shorts).
Property Managers do not seem genuinely interested in helping you out, once you have signed a lease.
Also, pretty sure the building is still settling (spy all the flexible filler where the walls join the ceiling during your tour, those will eventually just become cracks). You get loud thuds like something flew into the... window, multiple times a day, and the floors are uneven.
As mentioned by another reviewer. 'covered' parking is open air, and therefore you get snow accumulation / frost / dust from the nearby Corewell construction.
Leaves quite a bit to be desired when you consider how much you are paying to live here.

Don’t move there!
Overpriced, the leasing office is unprofessional. You pay way too much money monthly only to have your packages stolen or taken away by the leasing office itself. You pay 150$ for „covered“ parking that is completely frozen over in winter. If I weren’t stuck in a lease I would have immediately moved. I paid less money in Washington DC for my apartment that treated its tenants better than this place.
