Colony House
This is a great place to live. The staff here are wonderful. Maintenance is there within one day if you need anything.

Colony House Apartments
The area is very convenient to get from one city to the next.Beachwood Mall and Richmond Mall are both up the street. There is a 24hr CVS five minutes up and across the street. Aldi's gocercy store is less than 10 minutes away and a real budget saver.As far as the apartment rent includes 1-2 bedrooms,1 full-1 1/2 bath,water(some include water/gas) 24hr maintenance,outdoor pool,washer/dryer inside complex,garbage disposal,refrigerated,Central Air and many more. I love it and I really feel athome... and ait is a very nice neighborhood to consider long term.
