love it here and Lolita is great but maintance is only issues as they not good as always blaming residents as need to check drainage and sewer areas as issue continue with drainage fly and I guess fruit flys as thinking about moving next year as it all started when 2 years ago trashs bins outside wasn't pick up for months by garbage trucks and just can't get rid of flying insects every since

Terrible place to live. They don’t fix anything and if they do it takes them months to do it. They go up on the rent by 130-150 these past 2 years and won’t upgrade the apartment. Property manager places atleast 7-8 dogs in the same building. No one cleans up after their pets. The laundry room always broken. The pool just opened since being closed for 3 years and it’s extremely dirty. The staff do not care about the residents. It’s always fire trucks and police in the complex.

I have lived her for awhile and the odd staff was not great. However, the new staff that started at the very end of 2021 is amazing. They are so kind and always available for anything I need.

Lived here for two years. We kept our apartment super clean and still got roaches. On top of that loud neighbors and car alarms going off all night. You might as well live in the city. We had a severe squirrel infestation and I got rid of them myself because after 6 months nothing was done. But what happened when i moved out? They sent me to collections for 80$ even tho they should be paying me. The people in the office are clueless also but they’re great salesmen. Don’t let them talk you into... living here it’s completely overpriced for what you get
