If you like living with mice and roaches this place is for you!
I first chose this apartment because of the prime downtown location and helpful staff. However, within the first month of moving in I killed TWELVE mice. The staff was hesitant at best to help with this issue. When it finally got resolved through MY actions not management, cockroaches have now appeared months later. After BEGGING for preventative measures, there was finally some assistance to have an exterminator (OPC) "check and prevent" for pests. With this new cockroach issue, management... claims they are unrelated issues and will not give any assistance to break the lease, despite the 6-month written record I have of supposed preventing for pests. I have had a BEYOND frustrating experience and would not recommend these unsanitary conditions for anyone.

Unclean and very unsafe at nigh. Terrible maintenance crew
The maintenance crew is very rude and unwilling to help even in the case of emergencies. The upkeep of the complex as a whole is unsatisfactory. The neighborhood is very unsafe at night. I was approached by gang members multiple times. I would tell anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.
