Very cozy! The staffs are very responsive. Maintenance request usually completes within a day. Super dog friendly apartment that comes with its own dog park and trail. The price is so reasonable too!

Lived here for about three years, staff/management were super helpful and quick moving in and with addressing maintenance. Proper is well kept, quiet neighbors, with awesome amenities!

I've lived in a 1-bedroom unit at Sutter Creek since May 2017, and I have been so pleased with my decision! It is so perfect for me! New, clean, quiet, convenient, modern amenities, spacious unit, well-stocked gym, relaxing pool, responsive management team....everything! They even have a car wash and dog wash station in the heated garage! The only reason I'm moving out is because I just bought a house...but I'll be sad to leave. This has been a wonderful place to call home.
