Moved in over the weekend everything g went smooth. Jenn helped me through application process. She was very helpful! I am very satisfied and love love love my place!

Application process was very easy staff is very friendly and they try to help you in any way that they can.

I moved in a month ago and so far so good so far. Tonya has been excellent with me navigating my way around this complex.

Visited today and Jacob was very helpful! I loved the dog park and picnic area.

If I could give them zero stars , I would. I have been living here since December 2020. when I first moved in, the kitchen sink would flood and lead to the dishwasher and drain onto the floor. After that, once it got cold during the winter my heat wasn't working and I had to wait a week before someone came and fixed it. thats not all, the paint in my bathtub is peeling horribly and all maintenance did was take a picture. When the floor in my bathroom behind the toilet gets wet, the water sinks... through the floor and leaks onto the countertop in the kitchen . Here we are now in summer and my A/c isn't working . I put in numerous work orders for things to be done around my apartment and sadly they haven't been done. I've gone almost a month in the heat of my home without any A/C with a toddler in the home. This is completely ridiculous. Considering that I called the office and put in 3 work orders, I call 2 days after to check on my work order and they only put one work order in(A/C) . it's so many things wrong with my apartment it's ridiculous and I can tell that management doesn't care about the problems in your home. They seem money hungry to me , want rent paid but can't fix any issues with the unit. Will not renew my
