As a single adult with no kids it’s an enjoyable environment for myself and friends who visit. I love the gym and beautiful pool! The community is in a great area and close enough to the city.

I am really excited about living at The Clara by Broadstone. The layout is perfect for me and my fur baby. The amenities are great and the property is very clean. So far I have no complaints and I feel that I made a good choice in choosing this community.

the community is okay to live in could be better and or has potential to be good, first professionalism and communication from the leasing office would be an added value at this time the leasing office hasn't met the par that it should in regards to its tenants, parking could be assisted in a better way, and the gate is open at all times with no updates on when it will be fixed or will it ever be fixed. to sum it up in one word you get what you pay for here. We have moved in but the service... request process is convoluted and we havent got the necessary services in.
