This is not the place everyone is making it seem they ask you to do reviews after talking to them and they barely answer the phones and when they do they put you on hold for minutes at a time and will charge you an admin fee just to deny your application without reason why don’t waste your time

I recently moved to Spring Lake Apartments. The move-in process was quick and the staff was very helpful. The Property Manager Luisa assisted in the process and made sure all was ready by the move in date. I love the pool and how well maintained the property is. The apartment complex is very close to restaurants, shops and conveniently located close to the highway.

I moved to Georgia from Florida and I had the best experience at Spring Lake. I've never been so warmly greeted into an apartment complex before. The staff at the front are always friendly and helpful and they always have coffee and snacks for residents. They put on a lot of community events for the complex where you can really get involved if you choose to. Maintenance is great and efficient. They always come and leave a note of the work completed. And not only is the complex well kept, but the... apartments are really nice and spacious too, with the perfect location in the city, where everything you need is literally up the road. I really enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it to anyone.
