I would like to thank the property manager Maria for assisting and getting my complaints taken care of. Maria along with her maintenance team have come in, and addressed all of my concerns

Numerous times we have had washer and dryer problems. Maintenance comes and does a patch job. And 2-3 months later you're in the same predicament where you started.

We have been stuck have to pay $400-$450 (sometimes more) in electric bills. Due to us being forced to use large scale portable AC units. In lieu of the apartment complex fixing their HVAC. Were on the 3rd floor, so all the heat from the Apts below rises into our unit. Which is typical for any Apt complex. However, most Apt... complex have a HVAC unit that can cool down a 2-Bedroom unit. Last summer and especially THIS summer, has been absolutely brutal due to the heat. Out Apt. has hit 85degrees at some points. We have been battling to get new HVAC unit for 2 summers now. And still, nothing has been done. We have been sent maintenance twice, they come in, charge up the AC (patch repair job). And then 1-2 weeks later, its back to an 80-85degree Apt. On weekends, we leave the Apt because its unbearable. Lol sadly, we almost get excited to go to work on Monday so we can sit in cool AC.

Been living here for 2 years. For the most part it's a calm & peaceful community. You hear your typical "Good Morning" from your neighbor when leaving for work. There is plenty of kids for your own children to go play with. Everyone seems to own a dog around here. So, it's nice to have pet friendly neighbors when you go walk your dogs. You're a close drive to every store & restaurant. BUT don't be surprised when you cannot get anything fixed properly in your unit. Or you get stuck with an astronomical electric bill for having to cool your Apt with portable AC units on top of your un-functional HVAC unit. We're looking forward to Fall/Winter seasons. So, we can actually go back to enjoying our home on the weekends in lieu of a hot and unbearable apartment. Read More

The team was super welcoming each time I visited to drop of paper work and then sign my lease.

I have lived here for 5+ years this is what I deal with. This place is run by mice your apartment will have them no matter how clean you have the space. There is tunnels for them in every closet so they can move around freely. The rental office doesn’t care to help you. You pay for lights outside and trash you pay for the building water usage also hot water which should be a BGE thing

You have to pay to professionally clean your carpet no matter how long you live here and odds are they will remove the carpet. Also, they have a horrible squirrel infestation. I had a squirrel break into my apartment three times and the third time I was through my window screen. They do not care about the residents here.
