If I could give this roach motel zero stars, I would. The building itself is infested with roaches and mice. You can practically hear them scurrying through the walls. The maintenance is appalling; they take forever to fix anything. The company is so broke that they couldn’t even afford to pay the contractors to fix our windows. The outside is always trash, and the dumpers are broken. The management is horrible; they steal from the residents. The elevator is always broken, so if you’re... handicapped, you can be stuck for weeks trying to get out. It’s the building from hell. I would look for better options

I have been waiting over a year for ceiling from a water leak to be repaired. Now mold is all over the bathroom ceiling.

Vita The property manager
first I would like to say that this is a lovely place to live beautiful views and nice neighbors. But what makes this place awful is the the property manage vita!!! She is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, lair, and because she can control who she wants to put out. She will yell in your face hang the phone in your ear then will have a lawyer give you not even a 30 day notice because she has that right. Her maintance men are lazy and will lie with her. She isn't fair at all no one in the... buildings want her here. She does an awful job of managing property not to mention she loses money orders and applies them to other people and will try to take you to court because she is incompatible of handling people money!!!! DONT MOVE HERE UNTIL SHE IS GONE
