poor quality

you can hear everything your neighbors do, stomping, running slamming furniture per owners never clean up they dog poop, trash over the property. Rude leasing staff.

Love my apartment!!!!

I have been living here for almost one year and I must say this is the best place I have lived in the past 7 years. The office staff are always so pleasant and willing to help. It's so spacious and my kids have more than enough room to grow up here. It's so convenient to the bus I catch to work and it's a market right at the top of the street. I give it 10 thumbs up.

It was AMAZING!

I went to the Upland's property and was completely wowed. The neighborhood is beautiful. The property was landscaped beautifully. When I walked in the office the facility was so inviting and so was the staff. Ms. Winchester was eager to educate me about the property and ensured that all of my needs were met. The property offered all the amenities that you can think of, a beautiful recreation room, a gym and play area for the kids. Overall I was really impressed.
