Such an amazing apartment complex. We have lived here for 3 years and it has been nothing but positivity. The staff is so kind and maintenance always comes super quickly to help with anything we need! The complex grounds themselves are kept spotless and they are always on top of landscaping. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and highly recommend !

Lived here for 2 years and wow, what a decline.....the apartments are fairly new and in good condition, but management is IMPOSSIBLE to reach and it's been nearly as hard to get anyone to even answer the phone in the office for at least a year. They are unwilling to work with you and leave everything up to a computer. Working on finding and buying a house, I was charged $100 more a month in rent than they were reletting my apartment when I vacated. When I signed my notice to vacate, my... promised rate for a 13-month lease was $100 more than they posted on their website. Trash and dog waste is all over and other than the occasional email, nothing is done about it. Cars parked around that are missing wheels, flat tires, dented. Cigarette butts spilled in downspouts. Be weary that if you decide to move in, you'll be ignored by the leasing staff and ripped off when you renew because they know you won't want to move again.

I love living at Traditions at MidRivers. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to handle issues. The office staff are not as accessible but that is due to COVID restrictions.
