As a newer tenant, I have had a few instances where I have needed to contact maintenance for assistance.. I have found them (particularly Devon) to be attentive and helpful on more than one occasion..

Poor experience

Any issues we did have got bullied and talked down to. Which included a hole in our roof, black mold and pest problems. They need to have more respect towards people. We are paying you for a safe environment your company needs to stop being on a defensive and actively fix issues
