These housings are excellent for small families. Although it can get crowded in a small house it is still very home-like. There are no garages though and you have to park on the side of the street or in your designated area. The backyards are big for what you pay and some do not have fences. The kitchen is kind of small but like I said it is really good for a family of 3 or maybe 4
