Avia has been a great place for us to live as our first apartment since becoming adults. It's in an excellent part of town, has great people, and the floor plans are spacious and relatively new. I would recommend to anyone looking in the west end for a quality apartment and an easy, straight-forward leasing experience. The leasing team was so helpful, and have already made friends with some of our neighbors.

Nice place to live .I used to live in avia, I love everything about love the Neighbourhood. We have everything around shopping center and CVS. You can just walk to go shop somethingso I love this place.

My experience as a resident has been great. When you need something done they come quick. The apartments are big and beautiful very spacious. They have a lot of fun things to do with the Avia community. Like wine and sip. They have donut day. Breakfast day. They even have food trucks come on certain days for if you don’t feel like cooking.

It’s been great! Feels like a home and not an apartment. So many things to do that I hardly ever have to leave. It is so convenient to everything!
