I have been here for five years. Love the space. Avia has a lot of activities for the month. They bring in local food trucks once a month. It’s very quiet in this area. Shopping stores are close by. Most importantly incase of an emergency the hospital is right across the street.

Friendly staff and smooth leasing and move in process. Apartments are at a good location with multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The units are pretty neat and spacious.

Been here 1 yr. now and had good, productive year. Good location in Short Pump area w/ all the stores & restaurant you could want, major highways for easy access and travel, and calm surroundings in my unit which is in a building in the outer side of the community and which looks outward of my side of the building. The only difficulty is the sound that comes in at bedtime thanks to the highway being so close to my unit.
