Magnolia Falls

I’ve lived at Magnolia Falls for a little over five years, and I can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience. I love that it’s a smaller apartment community with friendly neighbors and an excellent staff.

Magnoliafalls is generally well maintained, clean and quiet community.

Magnolia Falls has been a great place to live for the last 3 years! The central location makes it very accessible to shopping areas, Fredericksburg, and Stafford. The new management is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the area!

Magnolia Falls is a clean, quiet community that I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to call home. It’s almost too quiet at times, which many people will appreciate.

When my rent increased during a lease renewal, I voiced my concerns — and management actually listened. They reduced the percentage significantly, which showed me there are real humans behind the office and not just rigid automated systems.

The community is family-friendly, and I especially… appreciated how quickly and efficiently my application was approved. The manager at the time (her name escapes me) was incredibly polite and made the process smooth.
