Application was denied with no email regarding why. Location is right on water and on a steep hill so beware of bugs. Not much regarding the apartments online. Number does not work on website. Only communication is through email.

This is one of the last truly affordable places in Downtown Cleveland. I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed the convenient location and availability for parking. The prices at Crittenden Court are very affordable, however you will not get any major amenities. The building is overall decently maintained. The gym and the common room are very nice to have but are not remarkable. I feel safe in the neighborhood and there is security at the building at night. During the summer months... depending on where your apartment is located, you may hear the concerts from the Nautica. However it is well worth being within walking distance to the Brown's, Cavilers', and Indian's Stadium. It is a great place to live in the growing city center in Downtown Cleveland.
