I have been a resident of Windsor Station going on 5 years and just signed another renewal! The apartments, buildings, amenities and campus are well maintained and comfortable. I love the location, easy to walk downtown and the river path! The staff is best part of living here, Dan and Steve and take care of all of your maintenance needs quickly and do a great job. Patrick in the management office is kind, attentive to community needs and hosts wonderful events for the community to enjoy. If you... are moving to Windsor, you won't find a better place to call home.

This team is absolutely amazing....
Have lived here for a little over 7 years and it just gets better every year. Patrick is the new prop mgr since June 2025. So many activities, Halloween, bingo Christmas, the list goes on and on...he has help though, Dan and Steve are the maintainers, they stay late for every function to pick up food, help with everything and clean up afterwards. They keep the property, 2 buildings, looking great. Service calls are answered quickly and thoroughly. Our lobbies and function rooms are fantastic.... WS is a very unique and lovely place to live

My personal experience has been disappointing. Hard to reach office staff, hallways unkept, couple issues with apartment plumbing. For this price will be looking elsewhere.

Small town, big conveniences.
Just renewed again. Steve and Dan do a great job on maintaining the property. Windsor is a small town, but here you are walking distance to most everything you need for daily activities, library, pharmacy, groceries, train station, coffee.
