The staff do not care, will not maintain the property and we got random people stealing stuff and stalking through windows. When you request maintenance they will make it done then try to tell you. YOU NEVER PUT ONE IN. Guess the front lady forgets technically goes two ways. Ridiculous truly. A toddler would run things better!

Amazing place.
I was sceptical about moving into this part of town due to all the news you hear about. It was pleasantly surprised to find it's a very clean, and friendly area. Management is great and work with you, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. I love it here.

Amazing management
New management has definitely turned the place around they constantly are on it with cleaning the pool making sure the property is clean and getting back to you with any questions or concerns

Dunmire Property Management is no good!
Unfortunately… this review setting only lets you share a very small amount of issues you’ve gone through so to keep it short and simple… PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! A commute like this and dealing with a management like this you are going to be dealing with old mold, trespassers, domestic violence, and the most blinded, incompatible people that do not care about your surroundings or there’s while on this property! Please Listen. I am a mother with a 4 month old baby and a young dog, and I have... already let a potential future resident know…not to move in a place like this you, your family will not be safe.

Do not move here
I haven't had hot water in 3 months. There's been bugs (including roaches) since I moved in here 6 months ago. The pool listed was only open for a few days a week this year. Our air conditioner goes out even when we set it between 70-75. The apartment has stayed hot all summer. Seriously, this is the worst place I have ever rented and would advice EVERYONE to find somewhere else to be.
