Current Resident - Doesn’t Follow Through with Expectations
I currently live here and have for over a year— there is a huge issue with roaches. Granted, it wasn’t like that when I first moved in the first few months. But as other tenants moved out on the bottom floors, I can imagine all of us on top got their roaches. I live very clean and organized and am constantly putting in requests to spray and they dismiss them each time, yet are now requiring us to pay a $3 monthly fee. They have also added on a $10 monthly trash fee, yet I have to call the... garbage company myself to pick up other people’s large items left out by the garbage cans. I try emailing the front office as I am always working during office hours, yet still no response. The property manager changed since I first moved in and it’s been horrible experience ever since. The pool hasn’t been open other than one month in my 15 months living here and there is no gate keycard access like stated in the lease agreement— gate is often broken anyways. Neighbors are mainly quiet until they aren’t but that’s just us humans. I really wish the complex would keep up their end of the lease agreement before adding any extra fees. This apartment is looking for a lawsuit, don’t move here if you don’t have to.
