Woodland Court

I've only lived here for about four months, and so far, this is probably the best apartment complex I have ever resided in. Connie and Kelly have been superb; they truly have their heart and soul into the care of the property and the tenants that live here. They are always willing to listen and respond accordingly, they both take their job seriously to protect the tenants under their care. This is one awesome team that deserves a lot of credit for the effort they put into making this a... spectacular place to live.

The location is also in an excellent place, nearby and within walking distance of grocery stores, gas stations, convenience stores, banks, sit down restaurants, pizza places, fast-food restaurants, even churches, and right next to a major bus route. I definitely recommend Woodlawn Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, affordable apartment, especially with a management team that works tirelessly to maintain the ambiance.

I have to say this apartment was nothing better than okay. The people that lived below us smoked a lot of cigarettes indoors so everything constantly smelled terrible. There was residents who had like four cars in the parking lot with only one parking pass, two of them being GINORMOUS vans that they would take up more than one spot. Then would proceed to constantly park in the handicap spot if there was no close spots open, with no handicap sticker listed. They put the cheapest carpet in that... would pull up every time we vacuumed, which will probably come back to bite us when waiting for our security deposit. We had issues with the bathroom light not working while we showered & closet doors that constantly needed help. Also, if you are looking for space, this place doesn't have it! They are overpriced for what they were. If you need something in a pinch, this is the place. Its close to Southridge Mall, and 84th street strip mall, grocery store. Just wasn't great for me. If you enjoy going out to the big city but want to live somewhere more quiet this is a great place to live! Woodland court apartments are in the southwest part of Milwaukee close to restaurants and south ridge mall. The nights are always quiet and peaceful and the neighbors have been nothing but friendly. This location also allows pets!

great location, both grocery store/Walgreens 2 blocks away, on bus route, reasonable price, includes heat, they do great rule control

We have lived here quite awhile, enjoy living here, it is quiet, and taken care of very well, don't have to worry about cutting grass, or cleaning snow, close to shopping, it is very park like outside,
