I lived here for two years and loved my peaceful apartment. The pool and hot tub area is clean and grounds are gorgeous. The laundry facilities are clean and well maintained as well as affordable. This is a great place to live.

Better Than Bad
I live in an upstairs 1bed unit and can't speak for how the noise levels are from a downstairs unit, but there's definitely poor ventilation so I HIGHLY recommend getting a dehumidifier or two and just keeping an eye on moisture. I personally don't mind handling the mold myself but I've noticed the person I assume cleans the units has white distilled vinegar on her cart so I assume the complex can also help tackle it. The landscaping is great though there's an insane amount of mosquitos/gnats... because of some poor drainage in areas of the landscaping but I think it's worth it given how well kept all the plants are maintained. Pretty good community though I don't personally partake. I see plenty people out and about mingling and kids out on their own safely, as well as dogs being on leashes and owners being mindful (for the most part) of each other when walking them. Though, the dog poop isn't always picked up that's the owners fault more than the complex lol. Definitely not the quietest depending what complex you're in but be realistic, you're living in the city in a complex with a diverse range of tenants it likely won't be perfect. One of the main downsides is the remodeling isn't the best, I've seen long hairs painted over on my wall and the paint on the shelves stick to things very easily especially if it's left in place for a while, to curb that I use drawer lining mats but that's definitely annoying. I think it's because they use a semigloss paint and maybe no primer? Also my unit doesn't have a ceiling light in the bedroom or living room, I don't know if many are like that but I've supplemented it with my own lights. Personal preference of how important that is, I guess. The dumpsters tend to fill pretty high before they're collected but to me that's normal and the tenants are culpable, though the complex has large item pickups so that's cool too. People do leave big things and furniture by the dumpsters though and I've seen people leave free stuff out on their doorstep for a couple days too.
Security: Almost everyone has some sort of recording doorbell, and there are security cameras all around the office building. I've seen security here and there but as far as I know I haven't seen or heard anything about big security issues like theft or B&E.
Overall, you get what you pay for. It's chill.

No peace/quiet plus management does nothing about it
At first we loved this place, had a good interaction with management and no issues but then we moved into a 2 bedroom since our family grew and the people above us are just making noise day in and day out nonstop, even till 2-3am waking us up. We have made TONS of complaints and have only been told basically that they won’t do anything about it and it’s “normal living” but this is stomping around, dropping things, slamming, etc. we did not have these issues in our 1bedroom so no way it’s “normal... living”. We have even been told to call patrol and one night i did and they said they’d sent someone out but yet they keep making same noise issues every. single. day. It’s so disrespectful especially since we have a baby and we live very quietly. The fact that management literally does nothing about it and pretty much said oh well is so unprofessional even though it states in lease that residents shall live in a quiet environment. I do NOT recommend this place if you want a nice quiet place to live cause they don’t care.

Security is non-existent, no safety
Cars are being broken in, cars are being stolen, and the office keeps hiding it. They don’t take any action, all they say is sorry that happened, it’s out of our control. Just note this has been happening for a while now. I’ve conducted a survey and gotten lots of stories from renter that have lived here a very long time. Their excuse: Everything is a “Liability”. I will recommend that renting here is a liability. Office management is horrible. Also, they try to find any excuses to not give you... back the deposit when you move out. I’m glad I moved out. While I lived here roughly 3 years I’ve seen and heard countless of stories that I just described in the beginning of the paragraph.
