Property Manager is rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. After waiting to tour and waiting in the rain for 15 minutes for the office to re-open (it was 3 o’clock) this guy pulls up and parks in front of the office. not a “hey, how are you?” “What do you want?” “How can I help you?” Nope. Just a stern/rude “Is that your car? move it from the handicap spot now…” Mind you, not only is this an empty parking lot (most likely because of the wonderful customer service and run down apartments) but also... the sign and point for the handicap spot were faded and run down like everything else on this awful property. Was told to email to discuss details further and never got a response, even after emailing 3 times. Place is disgusting roaches everywhere and if you live in the ground level when it rains it floods the apartment I’m warning everyone not to move in this place and when you tell manager they don’t care and are rude and won’t give your security deposit back when you move out I wish there was someone higher than them who you can talk to on how the property is ran

Management is nice, attentive, and makes me feel at home.

They are slow to return refunds. I also wanted to see the unit multiple times before signing the lease however there was always an issue. The last time she didn’t even have the right unit number so I took it as a sign and asked for my security deposit back. It’s almost been two months it’s “still processing” and I can’t have the number of the higher ups.

I'm a Northland Lifer, born & raised NKC. Graduate of NKC High School so when life put me in a position to live alone, Northland Studios was a fit. I was offered the best available unit and I moved in ASAP.

I live on bottom floor which is great for me so I don't have to climb stairs with my disability for breathing. The area is quiet and I always get a good night's sleep. No one is loud or obnoxious. Since I'm older and not a "partier" this fits my lifestyle.

Our office manager, Dave, is a... prince. Always attentive to my needs. Maintenance men, Chris and Brandon, are very professional and kind.

As it stands right now, I'd recommend this studio apartment to anyone that needs a small place. Read More
